My username and password say "did not match". I have reset and confirmed my password, but I still can't sign-in. I'm assuming it's a problem with my username. Is it possible for you to contact me via email to reset my username and allow me access to my account?

Have you tried signing up providing an actual username and password? I noticed there are two guest accounts related to your email address krystal.bresnahan [at] kaplan.com.

How would I go about signing in with a username and password? I was able to change my password so I thought I already had an account. Now my forms have disappeared. If you can help me find them that would be great! Even as a guest, my forms are not visible. Please let me know what I need to do. Thank you!

You are currently not logged-in. Go to My Forms page, scroll to the bottom and you will see a login form. Sign into your account there.
