I am tring to send a form via Email , but it tells me I have reached my limit, however I have only send a couple of forms. Ooops you have reached your limits.
It still does not allow the embed to email option ( on send) after waiting more than an hour.
Nope has nothing to do with sender email notification. It is that I try to embed the form and then click on send. It is now three hours since the last one I successfully sent. Is the limit now a day then ? And yes it is the event regoistration form.

Are you referring to the forward email in submission reports?
You are correct. There is a limit of at least within the hour when forwarding email submissions.
Please do try at another time, and see if you are able to forward it again.

no it is the embed form option for email. I have tried again after an hour and it still does not send. I still get the error.

Can you please tell us which of your form you are having this issue. I thought you might be referring to your Event Registration form -- but it does not have a notification email setup on it.
I aslo checked the Ask A Question form, you change the Sender E-mail value to firstname.lastname@example.org instead of the Please Select value only.
In any case, please try reviewing this guide -How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues , it should help properly setup your form notification emails.
Hope this help.
