I only want German in my language settings

    Hello,

in my form I only need the language German. For some reason the translation of the template "purchase order" uses still english terms. When I add german as second language I can change that within the form but only with the flag symbol to change language (in the frontend).

Also the PDF creator displays only english terms - even though I'm using the second language as explained above.

Is there a workaround or different setting I have to follow? I want to use the form for a german order form and create an invoice PDF after submitting.

Thanks in advance for your help.

So you just need German as your default language in your form? In that case, you do not have to show the flag / translation option in your form. Create the form using German language from the start.

Remove other language options to your Languages/Translations.

You can edit your PDF with our new PDF Editor. Also, if the fields from your web form are German then the fields generated in your PDF should be German as well.

You can follow this guide on How to Create a PDF Form. After creating PDF form, you can attach it to your Autoresponder so your respondent will receive a copy of the submission / Invoice.

    Hi Jherwin,
I did exactly what you explained but its not working as you can see in the screenshot attached.
Also by creating a PDF it takes the default language and not german. I attached a test-document.
    Thank you - Kilian

To clarify, you want to display the flag in your form or not? If there is no other language option, please note that this will not be shown because you only have the default German language.

I checked your PDF and I see that it is already translated into German. You can change the design, layout of your PDF. Just edit it with the new PDF Editor that you are currently using.
