How to send partially complete forms?

Hi,

I would like to send me field based staff partially complete forms that will vary on a daily basis. So they will only apply to that job. So if they have to install 20 machines I would like to add the items in to the form like name, quantity etc so they can just update items installed, faults etc.

Is it possible to do this?

You may use URL parameters to have the fields pre-populated.
