Iphone not uploading photos to forms

My form has an image upload on it.  

It works on the desktop browser but when I try to test any of my forms on my iphone browser, I choose upload but it doesn't see any of the photos on my phone.  

Please help.  

I have just tested your form and the images seem to be uploading properly, here is a screen-cast about my test: 

May you please try clearing your browsers cache, using a different browser, device or internet connection and see if that helps? 

If the problem persists, please let us know which specific iPhone and browser you're using, we will perform some tests on similar devices in order to further investigate the issue.

It began working recently.   It was definitely an issue when I used safari browser on my iphone.  

When I switched to google browser on iphone it worked perfect.

The forms are doing the same thing again.  Not uploading through safari on iphone

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form on safari and iPhone 5 and did not find any issue with that. I was able to select image in iPhone device and was able to submit it successfully. 

I would suggest you to please try again and get back to us if the issue persists. Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.

I don't get it.  It works then it doesn't work.  

This particular form goes straight to jotform and is not embedded in any site so that wouldn't be a conflict.

It just seems hit or miss with uploading photos with Safari.   I did read an article from a while back that others have had issues when uploading from Safari but not sure if that's still the issue.   It works when I uploaded photos from my iphone using google browser but I can't ask all of my clients to convert to a different browser.

I do have some of the forms embedded.

Can you please ask your user which iPhone model & version they are using?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. On testing your Form twice in iPhone6s and 8plus, I was not able to replicate it. I have made a test submission too, it went through successfully.

I would request you also check the internet connectivity of the phone while testing.
