I am currently using the free version.

This happened because you are over your limit as part of our specified limitations for the Basic Free Account Plan.
This now means that your forms and account have been automatically temporarily disabled by our System because of this which now leaves you with 2 Options to choose from -
Option 1 - You can upgrade your account to a Premium Plan and you can continue.
Option 2 - You can wait for the 1st of the Month which is when the Basic Free Plan resets.
