Autosuspended

I was working on developing a resignation letter for our non-profit corporation, for members (not officers), and in the middle of development, it signed me out and said "autosuspended". I hadn't saved or published the form. We use it for multiple things on our website, from membership requests to resignation requests, as we must have everything in writing.

Up to this point, we have had no issue at all with any form created. Is there anything that can be done to unsuspend my account? Our website is literally broken without those forms.

Upon review of your account I found that it was automatically suspended by our Phishing Detector Tool (autosuspended) due to form: http://www.jotform.us/form/83458472731160

Since forms are created everyday for phishing activities such as: stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc; our Phishing Detector Tool automatically suspends forms that might contain words related to such activities.

I have inspected your forms and found no guilty fields , so I have activated your account, we apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused you.

    Thank you.
