How do we decrypt the downloaded results?

I set the encryption option for our results. There's no option for decrypting them when I download them. How do I download my results in a decrypted form?

I am getting emails with a button to access submissions. When I click the button I see a message telling me to "switch accounts". Which account am I using and which account am I suppised to switch to?

You need to access your account to view the submissions. It has something to do with the Privacy settings of your account.
