PDF-Editor: The PDF-editor is not loading and the Form fields gets overlapped

    Hello,

    I am having continued issues and frustrations with Jotform's PDF Editor. I spoke with someone from Jotform support a week or two ago about issues with the PDFs not downloading correctly. I was able to get around the issue by downloading the PDF using the Print function, but the issue with Jotform PDF Editor was not resolved and continues to be a problem. This is not user-friendly and wastes time by me continuing to try to download a PDF but only receiving messages like the attached screenshots. For some reason, the PDF just loads and loads, flipping between a buffering sign and the Jotform editor, but doesn't produce a downloaded PDF that can be saved. The same issue happens on my colleague's computer. Even if we keep the window open for a few minutes, a PDF is not produced. Thanks for any insight you can provide.

    On checking your account with the username LiaK, I noticed the PDF attachment is not yet configured with the Forms present in your account. So just to confirm are you referring to one of the Forms present in your account or any other Form. I would request you to share the Form URL so that we would be able to investigate further.

    In theory, the issue could be related to some restrictions in your network connection.

    Could you please open a browser console in the PDF editor and provide us with a screenshot?

    Hello, thank you for your reply. Oddly enough, the PDFs are downloading today. I have still taken some screenshots and attached them here in case they shed any light on the issue.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    I was able to replicate the issue in the Google Chrome browser. However, it is working in Mozilla browser. I am escalating this issue to our development team. We will keep you posted on the updates.
