    The account has been upgraded but it's still saying we are out of space.

    Upon checking, your account is still not upgraded, you also have no payment method or any receipt to show that your account has been successfully upgraded. You can confirm this by going to the billing page in your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.
