502 Server Error

    Hi JotFrom,


    I'm encountering an error. Can you please let me know what is going on? I need to access the form's data within the hour. The form has always worked until now. An example is below: 

    Error: Server Error The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request."

    Please try again in 30 seconds.

    When and where are you getting 502 error message?

    I tested the "Upload" form on the webpage you provided and it is working fine. I successfully submitted the form and I was redirected to the Thank You page. 

    I also checked and the form's submissions page is working fine as well.

    Maybe it was a temporary issue. Please check it again. If the issue still persists on your end, please tell us exactly where and when are you getting the 502 error message.
