Form not submitting using opera browser.

My client is using Opera on a computer and could not get the form to submit. It merely said "please wait..."

My client provided me a full PDF of the form; however, I am unable to send via this form. Please email back and I will provide.

Does the form work well with other browsers? Maybe your client is using an old version of the opera browser. You can tell him to update it and try it once more if it will submit. However, if the issue still persists, please send us a screenshot of the problem.

How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum.

You can upload PDF to your google drive or any storage hosting then attach the link to your response here so we can check and download it.

Also, could you please answer these questions:

1.) Are you facing this issue on the standalone form or on the webpage you have embedded?

2.) Could you please provide the webpage URL you have embedded the form if this issue encounters on your webpage?

We'll wait for your reply. :)

Please let me know the address I can properly email over the PDF of their
form. The client's browser is up to date. If you view my support email
history, you will see that this happens over time with many of our clients.
I highly recommend your developers look into recurring errors.
    Thanks,
    Andrew

    Hello Andrew,

You can sent additional files to support@jotform.com, please mention 'thread 1673655' as email subject so we could locate email you've sent.

May I ask for URL where the form is embedded so we could inspect your web page and perform a test submission?

We will wait for your reply.

I made a test submission to your form. However, I was not able to replicate the issue, I can submit a form using the Opera browser. See screen-cast below.

Is your client/customer still having problems submitting your form? If yes, could you please advise your customer to clear their browser caches and cookies and try again. Also, try with another network (another IP address) that may work.

Let us know if the issue still persists after doing the solutions above.

We have one time submitters, so we will not have to ask this person to submit in the future.
    Cheers,
    Andrew
