Transfer Forms from another account

Hello!

I would like to transfer forms from another account to mine.

The forms are currently under CandyV. These are the forms:

The forms should be transferred to username tmedicus.

The request (form origin) needs to be coming from the owner of the account. Please login as candyv and send us a request to move the forms.
