Square integration and proof of payment

    I’ve tried a $1 purchase in LIVE mode using Australian dollars - your test mode only does USD and I get a payment confirmation *of sorts* from jot form

    - actually it’s more like a form submission confirmation showing the amount paid. But I don’t get anything from square to say the payment has been received.  

    Is there a delay between payment via JotForm and a receipt or confirmation of payment being sent to the user? Ie is this not real time?

    Also there is no confirm order page prior to them authorizing payment so they can review their order before submitting payment. 

     

    Also so how do I enable end to end encryption?

     

    Can you help with these questions please.

    If the transaction is successfully completed, it should reflect on your account in real time as well.

    Can you please confirm if the submission payment was successful by reviewing it on your form View Submission panel. If the submission is not there, it most like was not completed.

    If it is in your form view submission data, tell us which submission data it is and we will check what happen to that submission payment.

    This is not done automatically for you, but it is easy to add to your forms by adding the following widget to your form: Preview Before Submit

    As soon as you do, your submit button will be altered to first show the preview of the selections and only through it to allow the submission.
