Refund subscription

    We cancelled our gold membership last month when were done using, this was supposed to apply for the following billing cycle, but then on December 10 we received another bill and it was showing that we were still subscribed moving forward. We were diligent in making sure to downgrade when we were no longer using the service and would like a refund for the past month. Thank you.

    I downgrade your account back to the free plan and I refunded the last payment you made.
