Does the free plan period run out after a particular length of time?

I just signed up for the free jotform account.  Does the free period run out after a particular length of time or does the free account just limit me to what I can do with jotform?

It's forever free. But we have a limit for free accounts. Free accounts can only receive up to 100 submissions per month and 100MB of file storage. If you'll reach this limit, your forms will be temporarily disabled until the next monthly reset or until you will upgrade your account to our next plan which is a paid one.
