    My login is failing and I seem to be unable to send a password reset to danielle.jarvie@cgu.edu

    The account with the Email danielle.jarvie@cgu.edu is currently registered as a Guest account. It seems the form was created without logging into your account. To access your form, you need to use the same browser on which you created the form to access it. The session was stored as browser cookie session. Then proceed to register the account on which you have created the form.
