Basic / Full Buttons in Config List position

On the form below, on page 2 under the add vehicle configurable list, how can adjust the range of display so it shows the basic & full button options also need to move the add vehicle button so it's not in the way of the basic & full buttons. Thanks!

What's the use of the CSS for absolute positioning in the CSS tab of the configurable list widget? I don't understand if you're trying to position input fields there. I looked up your other threads, but I cannot seem to find related information there.
