Form over quota! error

Despite we have enough quota it gives "Form over quota" error. There was a change in our credit card and we have forget to updated our billing card. Then we release the quota warning and update the credit card info. In your JotForm web site it works properly however the embed code in our web site gives quota error. The name of the form is "Özel Etkinlik Talebi"

Please help us to fix this issue
