I downgraded my account before but still get charged for monthly subscription.

    Hello,

    I've been trying to downgrade my account for over a week now. I keep getting a message that - Your subscription has been scheduled to be canceled manually.

    Now I see that you actually charged me for this month's subscription, although I HAVE CANCELLED IT BEFORE THD DUE DATE!

    Please downgrade me for a free subscription, refund my money and stop billing me!

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Since the account subscription was paid using PayPal, it is required to cancel the subscription from the PayPal dashboard. Please cancel the subscription from your PayPal dashboard by following the guide below.
