Need help with using same info from old account to new account

I closed my account and then decided to open a new one with the same username and email address as the old one. I was told that they were not available. I assumed because the account was closed that they would not be considered taken and still available. Is my old account actually closed/deleted? Is there anyway I can use the same information in opening a new account?

What was the username or the profile email address you used in your old account? I am unable to find any details with your email address myrescues@outlook.com.

Upon checking i found that your older account is already deleted and has account profile email address redfoxsrescue@gmail.com

Unfortunately it is not possible to use the same email address in more than one account. Do you want me to restore the deleted account so that you can login to old account and change the email address?
