foundations not registered in the US

I am from the US, but have helped to create a legal NGO registered in Colombia (not the US). Can my foundation's Colombian bank account be used to receive donations through jot forms?

As long as the payment processor used allows for such transactions there is no issue with it from our end.  Which ever payment processor you intend to use, I would recommend researching their requirements for accepting payments.
