How can I get my form submission to download correctly?

    Hello,

I had 4 submissions come to this form over the weekend. Three came through correctly, but one sent me an email with nothing in the body of the email and no attachments. I went to download the submission directly through jotform, but this is how it downloaded. Any help would be appreciated!

*Update* Now that I'm looking at the attachments for the other three submissions, none of them came through correctly. They all have text overlaid on top of each other.

I have been checking your form and I can see the issue even when downloading the submissions from the JotForm site although the report shows fine when you edit the PDF document online, I would recommend you to try doing the following:

    1. Go to the submissions page of your form, click on the PDF button and the customize PDF option:

    2. Once there click on the options button and delete the current document, this does not affect your form submissions:

    3. The last step is to edit your form email settings and make sure the new document is included in the email, you may also clear your forms cache after doing that: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

Let us know how it goes.

Thank you! I am now able to download correctly. Once a new form submission is received, I will update if the form is emailed incorrectly again.
