Hello,
With Jotform, can I use multiple fillable pages and then correlate that into a single page (size to fit) document?

Yes, you can achieve this by using the page break option. See the screenshot below.

1.Can I save a fillable form I create onto my computer and then reuse it multiple times?
2.If I buy one of the jotdoc subscriptions, can I send the tillable for I create to my colleagues to use?
3.Is there anyway to use the doc coding I create to create an iPad app?
4.What do I need to do if I want to share the doc I create with my colleagues?
Is there anyway I could speak to a rep on phone or do you guys only contact through email?
