How to restore data that was not submitted?

I inputted information into a jotform and it somehow was deleted. I did not exit the application or press clear form. I minimized the screen and closed the laptop as I normally do, but this time I came back to a blank sheet. Please tell me there is a way to retrieve this information.

If you have not submitted the form and you haven't enable the "Continue Forms Later" option in your form settings, then most likely the data won't be recoverable.
