How to renew my subscription

Dear JotForm,

I am currently on the Bronze plan, on an annual subscription. how do i renew my plan? Right now, i see you have a good promotion for upgrade to Silver. However, I have really no use for something so high. Cost-wise, is there something cheaper for me to stay on the Bronze plan?
