Hi
I have written a contract that I would like to be able to upload and have the ability to get my clients to sign it.
I can only see templates but no way to create my own document.
Can you help?

Do you want to display your PDF contract on your online form? If so, you can use PDF Embedder widget to add a PDF document to your form.
How to Display a PDF Document on Your Form
They will not be able to sing a PDF document on a form, but you can add a Signature field to your form.
How to Add an E-Signature to Your Form
In case that you want to create a Fillable PDF form, you can use our PDF Editor:

All I want to do is create a terms and conditions form that the person can
put their name, date and electronically sign at the bottom and it all comes
automatically back to me. i.e they do not need to download, sign and return

You may add the terms and conditions to the form using a text field and add an e-signature widget so the user can sign on the form and submit the form.
Also, enable the option Show headers and Text in the submissions view so that the text field shall be displayed in the submissions and PDF.
https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF
If you want to send a copy of the terms and conditions with the signature, you may enable the PDF attachment option in the notification and auto responder so that the PDF copy shall be sent to the email after submitting the form.
Hope this information helps!
