If I delete submission, does it count towards account limit?

I'm delighted to say that your form service is excellent, It's very helpful. I'm being subscription Bronze with max 1000 monthly submission, if i save & delete submission daily. My max submission still count ? or reset daily when i delete my submission.

In bronze plan, you can receive 1000 submission per month including 10 payment submissions. Deleting a submission record received in form will free up your submission limit. Please note that submission records are reset only on the first day of each month.
