How to display several forms on a single one?

I would like to create a platform to contain several forms. These forms are to be filled out during different stages through a period of time. Today we send them to our customers through email but they use the forms (as checklists) during a longer period of time and so the email has to be looked up and is often forgotten. Hence, I need some sort of platform instead of these emails. Do you have any suggestions? Is it possible to use a form that contains other forms?
