I just overpaid my subscription

    Hi

    I received a notice today that the company credit card used for my monthly bronze subscription has expired and clicked to the link to renew.

    I completed my new payment details and also opted to pay for the whole year.

    I didn't notice that it defaulted to Silver which is more than we had before and much more than we would ever need!

    I paid Silver at 234.00 but want to make sure that it is downgraded to Bronze at 190.00.

    Therefore when can I expect a refund of £44.00?

    No, the $234 was refunded and you were charged the full amount for the bronze yearly plan. 

    The refunded amount should be reflected within 5-10 business days.
