Is access to data logged with HIPAA compliant account/forms?

Dear Jotform team, if we implement HIPAA compliant forms and collect data with them, can we later see from an access log which ones of our own users have accessed the data in your system?

    Thanks and best regards,

    Timo Salminen

Note that we no longer offer the sub-user account feature.

Regarding the access log, I'm sorry to say that we do not maintain any logs for sub-users view on the submissions page. Our Sub-user feature is available with the Enterprise plan, and it might be available there. You can send your inquiry on this page: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/

Thank you for the answer. I assume there is no way of tracking opens of the submissions page in other ways either? We could also consider a solution, where an individual sub-user cannot be tracked, but the overall opens of the submissions page can.

    Unfortunately, no such option either.

As a workaround, you may consider integrating the form with Google Spreadsheet and share the spreadsheet file to other users. Google Spreadsheet logs all views in the file including edits (if edit permission is allowed).

Thank you, I think we will explore this option further.
