How can customer access or see the information they have previously submitted via a jot form?

How can customer access or see the information they have previously submitted via a jot form? 

The link I send a customer initially requesting information, if accessed again would only repeat the initial request.

I as well as customer get a doc submittal acknowledgement email after they access the link and submit info

In your autoresponder/notification email template, you will find "You can Edit this submission".
This will allow your users to edit their submitted form and update it.

Delete this if you do not want users to access or edit their submitted form.
