Downgrade Account

    I have requested to have my account downgraded before the next billing cycle.  However, I was just charged.  Can you please downgrade my account to "Free" as my needs have changed and refund my $19.00 I was just billed.

    I checked your account billing page and I can see that you're using PayPal as your payment method.

    After canceling the subscription on your PayPal account, please contact us again and let us know on this thread so we can refund the last payment you made.

    Thank you.  I just cancelled the subscription on my PayPal account.

    I went ahead and downgraded your subscription back to the free account.

    Please wait 5-10 business days to reflect the refund on your account.
