Downloading PDF Version of Submitted form

    I have had customers submit a form.  The version emailed to me once they complete it is not what is available for PDF download.  It has missing answers in the PDF version when I try to download it.

    URL provided is what shows up once I try to download their submission.  The screenshot is what came into my email.  The email version shows all questions answered while the URL PDF is missing answers.

    I checked the link you have provide and I can see the fields properly with answers. 

    In the Layout settings, please disable the Hide Empty fields

    After that, please try it and let us know how it goes.
