I accidently shared 2 forms as templates and would like them removed.

I have 2 forms on this account that I accidently shared as templates, that I would like removed from the templates page. They have corporate info on them that should not have been shared.

in the outgoing form - the Departing Location and the Delivering/Dispatching to drop downs have company info on it.

in the incoming form - the receiving location and the Received From Drop downs have company info on it.

Again, both should not have been shared as templates which was my mistake.
