Why my account is over limit?

    I upgraded my account yesterday, and today I received an email saying it is disabled. Please advise

    Your account is over limit with form views allowed.

    Storage plan is limited to 1000 form views per month, you can read more about form views limit here: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-Is-It-All-About

    You can either upgrade to a higher plan or wait for next first of the month when all monthly limits reset.

    So can I get credit for the incorrect plan I just upgraded to towards the Silver plan?

    Yes, if you upgrade to Silver, you will be automatically prorated by the system.
