Issue using Internet Explorer

When users select the Submit button using IE (any version) they receive an error page " site not found"  I have set the "Thank you page" to "redirect to external link" with no URL, just http://.

I was directed to do it this way so that when Submit button is selected the form closes and the user can continue on with the current page.

This works fine in Safari, Firefox etc. but not in IE.

So my question is, is there something specific I can/should enter in the redirect field so that the form just closes after the user selects Submit? (I do not want to show a "Thank you page"

    Thank You!

I was able to replicate the behavior you're referring to in IE 11. This is normal because it is being redirected to an invalid URL.

Is this form embedded on a webpage? If yes, then I recommend you redirect the Thank You Page to that webpage.

You can also use the standard Thank You Page and delete the content. In this way, it will be just a blank white page.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
