    I can see you have setup this email address sara.d******ha@hotmail.com to get the email notifications. You should check your spam folder and whitelist the emails coming from our domains @jotform.com

    Hi, this problem is solved. the notification were in my email.
    But now when I click SUBMIT in the form, and it doesn`t work...
    I used the POP UP form in my site www.sararocha.com. Was working for 3 days, but now is not working.
    Can you help me? Again...?

    Hi,

    As mention above by our manager, please check your hotmail spam folder and see if the emails from Jotform is there. Since you are using noreply@jotform.com, adding this email address to your contact list will solved this issue.

    Also check your Hotmail Junk Email Filter settings, set it to standard:
