How can I view a different language I already setup on my form?

I cant find how to view the secondary language I just configured for my form.

I should be able to view it in the secondary language correct?  Right now I don't even see how to view it at all and a user who would be filling out the form.

The instructions are unclear, or not obvious as to where I can find them.

You can follow the below steps:

Go to your Form Settings under the Settings tab of your Form. Now select Edit against the Translations field as shown below.

On your Form page in the top right corner, you can find the language option dropdown. You can see that in the screencast below.
