Secure connection failed" message on some form widgets

    Hi—Urgent! We are planning to launch our registration form today or tomorrow, but I now find that suddenly there are "Secure connection failed"/"the connection was reset" error messages showing up where the "Appointment Slots" and "Configurable List" widgets should be. These have previously worked just fine in the past, so I’m not sure why they would suddenly stop working. Can you please look into this and get back to me ASAP?

    I've attached a screenshot showing what happens in Firefox.

    More info on how I'm seeing the error in the Configurable List widget: The content in the screenshot directly under "Student Information" is a Configurable List widget. In Firefox, I get the error in the Build page but not on the live form view. In Chrome, I get that error BOTH in the Build page AND on the live form view, and the error shows up as the area where that widget should be shows a sad-face page icon and "The connection was reset." In Safari, the area where that widget should be is just blank.

    For the error in the Appointment Slots widget, I see it within the Build page in both Firefox and Chrome. Since showing the rest of the page depends on content that is entered in the Configurable List widget, there's no way to get to it in Chrome or Firefox on the live form, since the Configurable List widget errors as described above. In Firefox, since the Configurable List widget is showing up, I'm able to enter info there (you can test it by entering some dummy info so as to see the rest of the page) but then, as shown in the screenshot, the widget under "Select sessions" has that same error.

    These used to work and we didn't change any settings on them that should be causing them to have suddenly stopped working.

    Is there some kind of issue occurring on Jotform's end, or what could be causing this problem to suddenly occur, and what needs to happen to fix it?

    Please let me know as soon as possible.

    I have checked your form as well as mentioned widgets and they are loaded fine on my end. I can assume that there is some sort of issue with your connection, it can be possible that your network is blocking our widgets server. Could you try to load your form using different connection?

    Thank you so much, Victoria. You are right, it looks like that was the issue. It did load fine on a different connection. I had our network person look at it re: blocking and I think we're good now.
