I have made a test submission to your form and our mail logs shows it has been sent. On the other hand I made another test submission to my own gmail address and I could recieve it as well. Please be sure that notification mails are not going to your junk/spam folder or your e-mail provider is not blocking them. In case of need I can send you mail log related with your e-mail.
