The Jotform logo appears at the bottom of the Thank You page

    Here is the form I've created --

    We upgraded to the Bronze version. The Jotform advert no longer appears on the form, but it appears at the bottom of the Thank You.

    I've researched the problem in your Q&A section, but I'm still not clear whether this information can be removed from Thank You.

    I don't mind a small mention - "Powered by Jetform" - but want to remove all advertising from this form.

    Please go to your account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings 

    Scroll down, and untick the following option:

    1545180191remove Screenshot 10

    Thank you -- it worked! 

    Now I want to test my form to see whether data is stored and can be retrieved.  I receive some free storage space with my Dropbox account.  I'm not clear how to access this storage to retrieve files.
