How to stop redirecting my payment form to PayPal?

I have a form that accepts payments via paypal, cc, mail, or other.  How to I allow form submission for mail or other without being directed to paypal (I want to be directed to the "Thank you" page for these payment types.

To my understanding, you do not want to be redirected to the PayPal page after submitting the Payment form.
