Downgrade and reverse charge

Hi.  I just got  charged  190+ to ny credit card,  but i would  actually like to downgrade  to the free plan.  Would  you please  do so and reverse out the credit card charge. 

Upon your request, I have cancelled your bronze yearly subscription plan and processed the refund for your last subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
