BlueSnap Billing: How to cancel account?

    ABQLA will not be renewing our jotform subscription in January (we have a new web design, webmaster, new systems etc) and I need to know how to do this before it appears on my credit card.

    I see you are a premium user, do you want to cancel your account?

    Since you are on our old plan so you will be offered this low rate as long as you remain on this plan. You cannot upgrade again at this low rate once you downgrade your account.

    Let us know if you still want to cancel the account.
