    Why can't I change the recipient email address

    Hello,

    I am setting up email notification alerts and I would like to use a different email from the one I used during sign-up. However, I cannot change the recipient email address.

     

    This is a facebook form and I haven't embedded it yet because I can't properly set up the recipient email address.

    Please help. Thanks

    Hi,

    By using this guide: Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications, you will be able to change the Recipient Email on your form.

    Note that you will have to make an actual submission to your form because "Test Email" button will only send notification to the email address associated with your account. We do it this way to avoid email abuse.

    Yes, I've tried that, but the part where the recipient email address is, is not editable.

    Hi,

    That should be editable, of course. Please try this:

    1. Delete your form notification: How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder

    2. Re-create your form notification: Receiving Emails on Form Submissions

    Let us know for results please.
