Upload error or Incomplete values

Everything was OK until this morning,

I have a form "Contrôle SHB plateformes" with files to upload

After submit the form  i have 2 types of message : "upload error, files could not be uploaded for some reasons" and "Incomplete fields, There are incomplete fields in your submission"

Can you check with several files loaded

I am sorry that i am not able to find the form with the mentioned title in your account? Are you referring to the form titled "Contrôle des livraisons en plateforme"? Please confirm so that we can check it further and assist you with the issue. If you are referring to a different form, please provide us with the form URL. Can we also send a test submission to your form to replicate the issue at our end?
