"Account suspended"

    Dear sir, madam,

    My account was logged out and I can't seem to be able to log back in.

    I tried to change the password but I keep have this message: Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED. (See screenshot.)

    I would be grateful if you could help, especially that I am in the middle of finishing a form to be sent this week.

    It was found that your account was automatically suspended by our Phishing Detector Tool (autosuspended) due to form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/83523727022351 using the word "password" in plain field texts.

    Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "Password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar like an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.

    Your account has been reactivated so you can modify your form accordingly.
