AutoCompleted Address Widget isn't working

Hi there,

Could you please advise on why the autocompleted address widget is not working properly on my form? Looks like the only address is the united states... please advise. Sometimes the form does not pick up addresses.

It is not working to my end either. Looking at the browser console, the Google Map API that you are using has exceeded its limit already. 

Please check that and update your Google API billing.
