Payment limit reached though I only received 9 deposit payments.

Can I please have someone look into my account as it says I have reached my limit though I only received 9 deposit payments and I should be allowed 10. Can you please have this corrected

I checked the submissions of your form and see that you have incomplete payments. If you have completed one of the submissions manually from the incomplete payment section, it will be counted as a payment submission.
